You can make a superfood, highly anti-oxidant matcha smoothie in a number of ways. I recommend using berries during berry season (June-September).
1. 1-3 grams of Living Qi organic matcha
2. 1/2 cup blueberries (local in season blueberries best)
3. 1/2 cup goji berries (try to find organic berries)
4. 1 cup noni, acai or mangosteen juice
Blend ingredients together in an electric blender. Adjust proportions and experiment with fruits to taste.
