Living Qi Matcha Morning Weight-Loss Sundae Recipe (By Dr. Oz)
1. 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, or organic kefir
2. 1 banana
3. 1/2 cup strawberries
4. Unsweetened coconut
5. Ground flaxseed to make it as thick as you want
6. Living Qi Matcha green tea powder, to taste
Mix up all the ingredients and enjoy. It will boost your metabolism and give you energy to start your day.

To eat your water, eat water-rich foods. Women who eat these foods lose more weight. These are melon, fruits and vegetables, like watermelon and cantaloupe.
To zigzag your calories, you vary the amount of calories you eat every day. For example, on a 1,200 calorie diet, you eat 1,200 calories one day; 1,100 calories the next; and 1,300 calories the next.
