Matcha Kefir Smoothie
Kefir is yogurt like product,full of beneficial bacteria, probiotics, that help with digestion. This recipe is great for digestive issues, for building energy, or before exercise.
1. 1-2 grams Living Qi organic matcha
2. 1/2 banana
3. 1/2 cup organic kefir
4. your choice of protein powder or whey protein powder
Blend ingredients together in an electric blender. Drink immediately. Adjust proportions to taste.
