1 medium sized frozen and ripe banana (organic if possible)
0.5 cups soy, coconut or rice milk
1 teaspoon Living Qi matcha
2-3 mint leaves or mint extract (fresh leaves are best)

The frozen ripe banana adds lots of cool sweetness which combines well with matcha’s rich earthy notes, delicious!
