This recipe is great to make in the summer. You can add it to your to-go tea mug, preferably stainless steel or ceramic, and take it with you while you’re on the go.
1. 1-3 grams Living Qi organic matcha
2. 1-2 organic lemons
3. natural sweetener: local honey, agave, stevia, organic cane sugar
Directions: whisk matcha with hot water until matcha is creamy and not clumping. Fill glass with ice and pour matcha over ice. Add as much fresh squeezed lemon juice and sweetener as you like, shake and serve.
