1 medium sized frozen and ripe banana (organic if possible)
0.5 cups soy, coconut or rice milk
1 teaspoon Living Qi matcha
2-3 mint leaves or mint extract (fresh leaves are best)
The ripe banana gives plenty of sweetness combined with the rich earthy taste of the Living Qi matcha…delicious!
